Sometimes I think my mission is just  to get through this life but I also believe that there are reasons for things happening (although sometimes impossible to figure out!) but as I go along I think that my experiences make me more aware (if I keep track of what's going on) and that I am becoming a better version of who I am. I like thinking that I'm becoming more mellow and wise so that I can assist others figure out a few things.

I like to try every day to be happy, not ecstatic because that's hard to maintai,n just feeling good and aware of what's going on around me so that I can make the right decisions that allow me the time and space to have control over my life as opposed to scrambling just to hang on.

When you work on yourself and treat people the way you would like to be treated then everyone wins. Selfish has negative connotations in our world but by figuring out your shit instead of throwing it at others expecting to be rid of it only makes other people pissed off. Get therapy, read books, talk about it with people who aren't afraid to talk about something other than the weather, sports and family gossip! Some of us think that the world needs to conform to how we act and think and so far that's not working very well. If we'd slow down a bit and pay attention to what's going on we might firgure out a few things instead of running around doing what other's want us to do..

Like the song happiness is the goal and oftentimes I find that worrying is a big part of not being happy. Like everything it takes practice and making changes that help build it up. Best of luck to everyone! Would love to hear how others do it!
