I think that life has gone according to plan for the most part. Yes I do have regrets and if I had to do it again I would make changes knowing what I know now. On the other hand, I don't think I would be where I am now if I didn't go through the experience of making mistakes and having regrets that encouraged me to question and make changes. Kind of a catch 22 but a good exercise to make you think about the past and what experiences brought us here.

Oddly enough I feel happy now. I know there are things that I regret but I think that's a part of the process. I hope that I've make amends for those times by better understanding why I did what at the time seemed normal. Also I like to think that I've forgiven those who have made me feel crappy. Although I think it's sometimes necessary to be shaken up so that we can reconsider things. I didn't like the experience at the time but in retrospect I've come a long way since then and I think the real test is how we're feeling now. A big part of that is letting go of the past.
