Just read on Yahoo that drinking milk products in the morning tends to make people sluggish. Apparently slows down the nervous system and lasts till you have lunch or eat something else. Best time to have milk or yogourt is in the evening. Who knew?

I don't think milk was intended to be consumed by beings that are finished growing. It's one of our human habits. No other mammal consumes milk throughout their whole life, why are we the exceptions (or do we just not get it yet?)

Slowly I'm discovering how important diet is. I've been learning through friends about how everything that we eat affects our energy levels, our moods and how we see the world. I want to find out more, I will post more and would love to hear more from others.
