Stressed - ralph

Q. Talk about it! I fell stressed when / because:

Too many things going on to keep track of these days.

Q. Talk about ways that you can make yourself feel more relaxed about what you're going through? For example, going for a walk helps to take your mind off of troubling situations because some of your focus is now on where you are going and the things that are around which lessens the intensity.

Get over this stressful time in my life and plan it so that it doesn't pile up like this in the future

Q. What are your needs in this situation? What do you need in order to be less anxious or comfortable. List them and talk about what they give you. Look up other emotions as well.

My needs are to get things done in my life at this time which is why I'm doing a lot of things at once. In fact it is reassuring that I'm able to do all of this at the same time. I am aware of my limits so I'm not loading it on to the point that I cannot cope.

Q. How does feeling this way impact/affect your life

It makes me aware that it is a bit too much. I would not be able to sustain this for a long period of time and reminds me that I really don't want this to be so intense and also makes me appreciate down time where I can relax and read or go for a nice long walk.
