Trapped - admin

Q. Talk about it! I feel trapped when / because:

Feeling trapped is not a pleasant feeling but it allows us to explore our options no matter how limited they may seem. Sometimes options don't seem like options because we've never allowed ourselves to go there. Or, we've simply never considered alternatives. When you give yourself a chance to explore avenues that never seemed possible or seemed ridiculous until now, then the doors open for other ideas to flow in. I never knew I would like a certain city or a job that turned out to be fun or a hobby or even a person that seemed too different and once we open ourselves to the possibility, a whole new reality could reveal itself to us. Sometimes taking a chance on a new approach is the best thing we can do. Feeling trapped then become an opportunity to find a way out of where we are.

Yes I feel trapped in this day over and over again like the pole suggests. How do you break out of a rut when you've exhausted 'other' altenatives. What else is there to do than go around the treadmill some more. I don't know if I'm looking in the right places or if I'm looking at things in the same way and don't see alternatives.
