Helpful guidelines

Some helpful guidelines

1) Breathe and take time to relax. Breath is our most primary need. Air oxygenates the blood and helps to focus the mind. Conscious breathing brings us back to the now/here from the no/where. Breathing is helpful to the self discovery process. It reminds us that we are here in the present and not there in the past or gazing into the future. It also facilitates relaxation and a relaxed mind, body and spirit is felt within and is extended out towards others. "From peaceful minds great ideas flow" -Neale Donald Walsh

2) Live one day at a time, be aware of death and your definition of 'beyond life'. It is ever-present and an eventuality. Most people never really live because they've never really looked at how they view death and the outlook that it creates for them, preferring instead to avoid it. Integrate life and death into one and live the fullness of your potential.

3) There's a cause for every effect. Explore all it's possible origins in all humility. Question who you are, what you stand for and why this experience is in your life. Does it challenge your boundaries as an individual or as part of a group?
Is the only reason for this experience to learn trust, to know that it has a purpose and plays a role in the bigger picture(that you may not see at this time..).

4) Does it concern you? Does it belong to you? Do you want this expreience, influence or person in your life and why are you reacting to it? After contemplating the situation, accept what belongs to you and give to others what belongs to them. If, after a reasonable amount of time , your feelings haven't changed and there's no further reasons to burden yourself, forget it, let go, don't hang on, move on.

5) You always have the choice. You are the master of your destiny and if choice isn't apparent then question which attitude or context you can change to make the result a learning and empowering experience. Give yourself room to decide and next time you will have more choice. If you don't believe you have a choice then you have given yourself no other choice but to believe that. One decicion gives you wiggle room. The more decicions you make based on how you want to live, the more freedom you'll experience and the more empowered your life will be.

6) Accept yourself as you are, with all your perceived flaws and potential. You're doing the best you can with what you have and that's the best anyone can ask for. Allow yourself to share who you are with others when you're ready and know that you are also worthy of receiving.

7) Know that anything is possible. Be open to it all (unless it seems harmful to you or others), whether or not it seems absurd it may hold a clue to your destiny. Exercise your mind. The more you challenge old beliefs the more open and flexible your mind becomes.

8) Breathe, it's okay to be who you are. You are loved and appreciated!

9) Everything you've done has led you to where you are. Ask then, where am I? Who am I? Who do I choose to become? And in the name of love, to thyne own self be true.
